CHERRY

Cherry was different than the other Socs in the book. At first it felt like she didn't understand why the Greasers lived the way they do. Later on she becomes a very important person in the Socs life. Cherry didn't like all the fighting that was going on between the Socs and the Greasers. Cherry cared deeply for both Johnny and Ponyboy because she felt they could have a life outside of all the fighting.
